Wedgewood Rooms is one of the pillars of the Portsmouth music scene, hosting a number of notable events and festivals throughout the year, alongside innovative in house programming.
OUR PROGRAMMES
BLOC works to deliver a programme of support for the music sector, ranging from supporting artists & creatives, to startup businesses and aspiring industry professionals.
Some example of our work include:
JUMP START FUND: Our first ever grant, quick, simple easy to apply, designed specifically to help early stage businesses grow, no strings attached.
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT: We will be collaborating with our members to bring an all new artist development programme, to be announced soon, following on from the success of SoCo’s Sounds of South Central.
NETWORKING & EVENTS: Alongside supporting our members events, including Parallel Music Conferences ‘The Playbook’ we will be launching a whole new events series in 2027, details to be announced soon.
